Beyond his guiding expertise, Ratu's dedication to cultural preservation shines through his role as Project Manager for the Bhutan Oral Literature Project. This position has fueled his commitment to giving back to the community, preserving Bhutan’s oral traditions, and promoting sustainable tourism. Ratu’s professional journey includes training in linguistics and videography from Australia and ethnography from the Firebird Foundation in the US. These diverse skills enable him to capture and share Bhutan's rich narratives with authenticity and depth. Born and raised in the picturesque valley of Paro in western Bhutan, Mr. Sonam has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry. He began his career in 2004 with Yangphel Adventure Travel, leading cultural, trekking, and photography tours. His expertise is enhanced by numerous training courses, making him a versatile and knowledgeable guide. Mr. Sonam has had the privilege of guiding renowned groups such as Geographic Expeditions from the USA and Explore from England, further establishing his reputation as a trusted and skilled guide. His interactions with guests from around the world have positively impacted his personal growth and outlook. Mr. Sonam completed his higher secondary schooling at Yangchenphug Higher Secondary School in 1999 and his tertiary education at Bhawanipur Education Society College in Kolkata, India, in 2002. After his education, he joined the tourism sector in Bhutan, contributing to its growth and evolution. Guiding is not just a career for Mr. Sonam but a way of life that inspires and motivates him. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, reading, and Bhutan's national sport, archery. He is married and has two beautiful daughters.

Tashi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Political Science from Royal Thimphu College and has pursued specialized training in linguistic research and cultural preservation through seminars and international programs. He has been actively guiding cultural tours since 2012, offering insightful histories of Bhutanese traditions. Tashi brings over a decade of expertise in Bhutanese culture, language, politics, and Buddhism. He has worked as a faculty member at the Institute of Professional Studies, training guides on the government, politics, health, and education systems in Bhutan. His multilingual proficiency includes Dzongkha, Monpa, Tshangla, English, Hindi, and Nepali.

Kuenzang Namgyal is a highly skilled finance officer with over 12 years of experience in diverse accounting and finance roles in a private limited company environment. He is a professional analyst with a deep understanding of Bhutan Accounting Standards and the Income Tax Act of Bhutan. For more than a decade, Kuenzang served as Executive Manager – Finance for Yangphel Private Limited, gaining extensive experience in financial analysis, planning, audits, compliance, and budget forecasting. His expertise includes leading financial teams to ensure the company's financial health across all sectors and holdings. Kuenzang also has experience in organizational leadership, client relations management, and board operations. He is proficient in Intuit QuickBooks Solutions, Tally, and point of sales systems. His work with The Bhutan Education and Technology Academy (BETA) Park enhanced his capabilities in project operations and administration. Currently, Kuenzang is working with RENEW, a leading organization for the protection and empowerment of women and children. He is known for being optimistic, hardworking, a quick learner, and a strong advocate of teamwork.
